270 people registered and 55 showed up to yesterday’s webinar, Introduction to Authentic Relating in Community. It was a beautiful and moving experience for me personally and for quite a few others on the call as well. I was, frankly, surprised at the depth of the shares, even though I’ve done a lot of Authentic Relating and know what to expect.
Click below for the recording, in which Jason tells his own story, introduces some of the games we played including the classic “noticing game” and “something I don’t normally tell people”, and leads a Q&A that was also quite deep and inspiring.
Authentic Relating in Community (ARC) Authentic Relating in Community: 6 sessions starting Thursday May 23, Noon Eastern / 6pm CET. $295
The ARC is the essential introduction to Authentic Relating course for community builders. It will be led by Jason Digges, who is one of the co-founders of Authentic Relating (AR) movement and author of the first book on AR, Conflict = Energy. It will teach you a set of practices that you can bring to all your relationships and maybe change your life forever. It also includes a ton of handouts, exercises and concepts / models that you can bring to your intentional community, co-housing or working group and teach them too, which will quadruple your impact and also be a fantastic learning experience for you, should you start leading AR.

Practical Relational Leadership in Community (PRLC): 6 sessions starting Friday May 31, Noon Eastern / 6pm CET. $295
(Note the change of date here). The PRLC is something like the “hard-core” version of our AR training, and is ideal for anyone who has some AR experience (or perhaps deep training in related modalities like NVC) and wants to do a deep dive into the Relational Inquiry process (similar to Circling™). Relational Inquiry is the foundational practice inside the AR movement. It is an “infinite game” that you can practice for the rest of your life and never be bored.
