What is Authentic Relating (AR)?
Authentic Relating is a powerful approach with life-changing applications in:
🏡 Intentional communities & co-living spaces
👨👩👧 Family relationships
🏢 Workplace collaboration & leadership
🎓 Education & personal growth
AR is a thriving global practice community, 30,000+ strong. It is an open-source, global movement for social transformation based on the idea of prioritizing connection, showing up powerfully for other people, and injecting more love into the world. And finally, its a powerful practice called Circling, which will help you show up with more truth and care in all the contexts of your life, navigating differences and conflicts with more ease and joy.
ARC is more than a course, it’s a gateway to a more connected life and an invitation into a vibrant global community where you will feel at home with yourself and others, and which will empower your growth for the rest of your life. Our graduates invariably report experiences of transformation and deep connection, into a place where inspired leadership develops and thrives.
