A note from Marco

September has a real “back to school” energy this cycle. Transformational Connection is running Transformational Boundaries and three separate SAS Facilitator Trainings (Amsterdam, Online, London) plus a fresh Coaching Training cohort, while Authentic Revolution kicks off two 15-week Mastering Facilitation Skills cohorts and Relateful launches a 17-week Coaching Training cohort of its own. If you’ve been circling the idea of a longer training, this is the month several of the big ones start.

Authentic Revolution’s 8-week Art of Difficult Conversations is running pay-what-it’s-worth — worth a look if cost has been the thing holding you back from that kind of container.

We’re also welcoming The Container this month — a Charlottesville, VA circling community holding weekly Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday circles (Zoom and in-person) plus a Fall Circling Retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains in October. Glad to have them in the fold.

And on the writing side, Susan Campbell has put her Getting Real Card Game online so you can play it without a group — a nice one for solo practice between circles.

Internal note (not for publication)

  • We-Flow: “Ours & Partner Events” is currently empty — waiting on Marco to provide the source for We-Flow’s events. Transformational Connection has been moved into the regular “What’s Happening in the Community” listing (ordered by date) until then.
  • First-ever run of the new CSV process. No prior month’s database existed, so this draft comes from a single full sweep of [email protected] from 2026-07-01 through 2026-09-02 rather than a rollover.
  • short_description column added to the CSV this cycle, modeled on the short parenthetical annotations used in the May newsletter (e.g. “6-month flagship training”, “capped at 15 people”). Populated for events where it added useful color; left blank where the title/date already said it all (e.g. most ART Level 1 city listings).
  • ART International — none of the 19 city/online Level 1 listings had a per-city product-page URL exposed in the source emails, so all point to the general /courses/level-1/ schedule page (url_status = schedule). Worth checking their site directly next cycle for per-city slugs.
  • ACG — only one event came through this cycle (Sept 5 demo), and the subscription/spam gap since Jan 21 noted in the provider reference is still unresolved. Found a direct booking link for the Sept 5 demo (a Google Form) by checking their site directly rather than relying on the email — recommend still following up with Kunal Sood to get 2–3 events forwarded directly each cycle.
  • New provider: The Container (Charlottesville, VA) — recommend adding to the Provider Reference section: newsletter via [email protected], community hub on Meetup (the-container-circling-and-authentic-relating), direct ticketing via dandelion.events.
  • Judgment calls made building the database (flagging for your review): The Container’s recurring Tue/Thu/Sat circles were collapsed into a single Sept 1 – Nov 30 row rather than one row per date. Susan Campbell’s monthly card-game webinar had already passed for Sept by the time of the source email, so it’s dated to the next occurrence (6 Oct) instead. “Top Insights” (Artem Zen) was added as an evergreen podcast source per your own reply in that email thread confirming it should be tracked.
  • Excluded, for your judgment: an email from [email protected] (“My Femininity Isn’t Yours to Approve”) was excluded as not a recognized Circling/AR-community provider — let me know if it should be tracked.
  • Skipped as too vague/dateless: two Relateful cohorts (“Level Up Leadership Cohort”, Spring 2027 / May 2027) had no fixed dates in the source email.
  • Year suffixes: added the year to dates falling outside September 2026 (e.g. “28 Sep 2026 – 28 Mar 2027”) for clarity on multi-month/cross-year spans.
