- SeekHealing and Jason Digges are joining up to offer a 12-week professional training called Listening Training II: Facilitate the healing power. If you don’t know about SeekHealing, you should. They have been applying Authentic Relating to addiction/trauma recovery and “deaths of depair” for at least 4 years, and I am guessing this training is the long-awaited push to take the program national (it started in Asheville NC). It’s a course for all Social Health Professionals, and particularly if you would like to start a SeekHealing center in your locality, or bring AR into your work as a social worker or addiction specialist. Also the price is very reasonable compared to similar trainings ($1500).

- Jason Digges and Gabe DeRita are offering a 10-week business accelerator for AR leaders called Empowered Offerings. This is for you if you are an emerging AR leader looking to have an impact and increase your income. And the price is right ($850 through Feb. 11).
- Authentic Revolution is launching the next iteration of The Authentic Facilitator on March 21, 2022. This is (I believe) the 4th or 5th iteration of this course and it keeps on getting better. In addition to Jason and Gabe’s course (above), this is THE training to take if you want to get traction in an AR-related career. Their flagship Authentic Life course (3 levels) continues, of course, and they have now added a 4th level called Mastermind.

If you are not aware of the Realness Project, you should be. They are bringing Authentic Relating to prisons — mostly (if not all) volunteer — and having a lot of success with it. Mastermind Circles are free in December
Because we are starting late in the formation of new circles, I am offering them for free in December. The ideal commitment is for 3 months, but it’s fine if you just want to come for one cycle (practically speaking, that would be 2-3 circles as we’ll start in the 3rd week of December)
Why am I doing this?
Well, mostly for networking purposes, fun, and transformation. I enjoy hanging out with people who are passionate about AR practices, see the potential for personal and social transformation, and want to bring AR into the world. I am especially interested in bringing AR into intentional community (especially land-based community), mental health, and sexuality, and joining with people who are also thus inspired; but I believe there is no area of life that can’t benefit from this. - Authentic Revolution is starting another Authentic Life Course on December 11. They also have a new professional training program, Authentic Facilitator, that is very impressive, and starting very soon (Nov. 30 and January 10). Sara Ness and Geof Krum traveled all over interviewing and filming skilled facilitators. The content goes way beyond simple AR, and they have also put together a heavy-hitter team which includes Megan Taylor Morrison and Jason Digges . There is a good chance I will take this course myself once I am done with the Level Up.
- Peter Will Benjamin and The Connection Institute is presenting a free workshop, How Honest Are We Really Being on Thursday Dec 2 at 2pm EST.
