Community News – October 2022

Change is in the air, in both in the A/R community and with me personally.

• Authentic Revolution is shutting down on October 31st. Sara Ness got a real job, at long last LOL. Details here. To summarize: (1) There will be a few community-led Authentic Leadership Trainings offered next year, along with an all-Texas retreat. (2) Geof Krum will continue the 15-week Authentic Facilitator Training under a new brand (I am very glad to hear this as there is probably 10-20,000 hours of development gone into this. It’s essentially the “second branch” of the A/R movement, the first branch being Circling). (3) The future of the COnnect platform is unclear. (4) Authentic Life Course will (probably) not be offered again, but will remain as video-on-demand. (5) The A/R Games Manual is being expanded and will soon be available in print.

(Again an apology for skipping summer editions of the newsletter, I have had a bit of a crazy summer. Some significant personal news below this)

• Jason Digges is doing another iteration of the Empowered Offerings, 10-week Business Accelerator. This is specifically for people visioning and launching relational businesses, but it looks to me like it would be of value for any type of business. It’s worth reading the sales page just for inspiration, even if you are not a candidate for the program. The price at $950 is also extremely reasonable.
• Sara Ness is back to teach one final version of the Authentic Life Course, 8 weeks starting Sept. 25. Sara is retiring from AuthRev, apparently (it’s the talk of the town), so this is probably your last opportunity to take ALC with her.
• Circling Europe hosted an epic Circling Festival. I am definitely planning for next

Community News – June 2022

(Lots of news here, sorry this is late, I have been somewhat checked-out since my return from Guatemala, which was a watershed experience for me)

• Authentic Revolution is transitioning due to Sara Ness resigning as CEO (Facebook post here). This is something of an industry bombshell. We don’t know for sure what programs will continue under new management, and which ones won’t. The Connect platform will probably continue (which makes me quite happy, their everyday morning small circles are wonderful). Stay tuned here for further information. In others news, Sara just finished a big European tour and had a rocking good time, by all accounts.
• CircleAnywhere is also going through some changes (details here). Specifically: price is going up for the monthly membership (although it’s still dirt-cheap for the value provided); all session now require pre-registration; and (even more interesting) they are
