A lot to cover in this issue of the Circling Guide Newsletter:
Selling Authentic Relating, Part 2 (my Circling Manifesto)
It’s a strange thing: the more I circle, and lead circling, the more excited and engaged I am about the potential of the modality and of the movement. In this article I take a step back and try and discern why this is so, along with some practical approaches for promoting A/R and Circling events and building a community.

I would love any feedback on this. Any other “circling fanatics” out there, who think that Circling is the most important thing to hit the streets since [Jesus Christ, Marx, Ken Wilber etc., depending on your persuasion] ?
Expansion of Circling Guide
I added two new leader formats to the Guide, based on my experiences leading in Asheville: an A/R Game Leader Format; and a Circling Introduction Leader Format. I go much more granular here than you will find in other places, going into precise languaging I use which has shown itself to be effective. I hope these are helpful!
New Podcast with Christopher Staser
I recently podcast my friend Christopher Staser on a project he is launching soon called The School of Athens. We cover masculine/feminine, the psychology of running and of flow states, discipline, and of course my favorite topic, which is the contribution of Circling and related we-space practices toward the new paradigm of living and doing business from a place of being. Listen to it directly here, or else on your phone through the Circling Guide Podcast on iTunes.
On a personal note…
And finally: I very recently found this organization NOOMAP, and I have already gone through 3 hours of videos, utterly fascinated. It’s early stage for me to be speaking about this, but it appears to be a bull’s eye for what I have been looking for. It’s partly a human developmental model, partly a community, and partly an extremely impressive prototype software running on decentralized (peer-to-peer) network based on Holochain. It’s the next logical step beyond Circling and A/R, which is bringing deep connection practices into every area of life, most significantly intentional community and business collaboration.
