Stephen Torrence on Trauma Release Exercise (TRE); events in Philadelphia and Baltimore

January 30, 2018 By marc Leave a Comment

I interviewed Stephen Torrence last week on Trauma Release Exercise (TRE) and his experiences of Vipassana meditation.  It was a wonderful conversation around trauma and Circling, and what we can do about it.  Get the podcast at the direct link or else on iTunes!

Other news…

  • If you haven’t yet seen Adam Coutts’ epic history of Circling, you are in for a treat!  I took the opportunity to make major updates to my own History of Circling (not quite as epic, but more compact)
  • I am on a road-trip next week, leading two events in Philadelphia and two events in Baltimore.  If you have friends in those cities, please let them know!
  • And finally, I am going through all episodes of Jason Digges Authentic Life podcast.  Intimate interviews and “geeking-out” with many people in Circling that I already know and love, and others whom I did not know about. Highly recommended for Circling groupies such as I am. The Robbie Carlton interview is especially interesting.

Significant news in this post.  Big change of life happening. And a retrospective reflection on this wild crazy trip that I have been on. Moving to Asheville, NC… for now I will be moving on from my mother’s in Northern New Hampshire sometime in April.  Other than a number of ecstatic road-trips, I have been […]
